So as you sit in the well-padded high-back premium faux leather seat, you can bring on a soothing 2-zone massage with three intensity levels aimed at your upper and lower back. Better still, the backrest can be adjusted and locked at four different angles to suit your activities, such as working, reading, viewing videos or just resting. Naturally, the office chair itself is not short on exceptional qualities too. An S-shape contoured backrest, gas lift components for height adjustments and padded headrest and armrests all work in tandem to cup your body in complete luxury. Not least, the chair is 360 degrees rotatable and comes with five dual-wheel castors for easy mobility.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thesweethome.sales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can send product back at your own cost. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted in this case. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged upon arrival, you are required to inform us within 10 days of arrival of the product. We will analyze the issue and have a replacement for the product. You are required to send us a short video, image and a detailed description of the damage through email. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty 
Generally, a majority of our products are under a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer. However, certain products have differing warranty or no warranty at all. You are requested to go through the product description to determine warranty details. The product will become ineligible for warranty if misused by the customer.

Shipping 
There's no pick up facility or service from our warehouse at the moment. We currently offers shipping services to Australia only. The products will be delivered through recognised and fast courier companies like Australia Post, Toll, Fastway, Allied Express and other standard and express couriers. We have a low shipping rate with the courier, the shipping cost will be added and calculated at checkout.

All orders placed will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the next 1-2 business day. The estimate delivery time are as follow.
